Karl Fridlycke

Karl Fridlycke has a diverse and extensive work experience. Karl started their career as a self-employed project manager in 2005, specializing in security system installations. In 2011, they joined Fujitsu as a Project Manager, handling onsite IT support and service desk coordination. Karl also played a key role in the global Husqvarna Workplace Rollout project. From 2015 to 2017, Karl worked as a Project Manager at DICE, managing product lifecycle management for AAA game releases. Karl then worked as a Production Director at Bonigi AB, where they were responsible for strategic and operational decisions in production and development. In 2020, they served as an additional resource in intensive care during the COVID-19 pandemic. Karl joined Sogeti in 2021 and took on roles as a Digital Strategist and Business Developer and later as a Product Owner at Husqvarna Group. In 2023, they became an Agile Delivery Lead at Länsförsäkringar. Currently, Karl is the Global Lead for Generative AI at Sogeti, where they oversee the Generative AI Copilot Program and guides their journey in the field of generative AI.

Karl Fridlycke holds a Bachelor's degree in an unspecified field of study from Jönköping University. Karl also has an Upper Secondary School Diploma with a focus on IT and Entrepreneurship from John Bauergymnasiet. Additionally, Karl has obtained several certifications, including being a Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2023, a Professional Agile Leadership™ (PAL 1) from Scrum.org, a Professional Scrum Product Owner™ (PSPO 1) from Scrum.org in 2021, a Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM 1) from Scrum.org in 2017, and a Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in 2017.
