Marco van Winsen

Marco van Winsen has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Marco started their career as an Internship & Sales Advisor at Preuninger BV in 2005 and later joined Santander Consumer Finance Benelux BV as an Internship & Advisor Lease in 2008. In 2010, they worked as a Projectmanager & Teamlead Sales Administration at Preuninger BV. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at SYSQA, starting as a Consultant Quality Assurance and later moving on to roles such as Lecturer/Trainer and Manager. Since 2017, Marco has been associated with Sogeti, where they have held various positions including Portfolio Sales Digital Assurance & Testing, Practice Lead DevTest Engineering, Head of Operations - Digital Assurance & Testing, and currently as the Head of Division - Quality Engineering & Testing, responsible for P&L and leading a team of 500+ colleagues.
