Zigrid (Ziggy) Napier has extensive experience in project management and commercial operations. Zigrid (Ziggy) has worked as the Head of Major Projects & Commercial at the Sydney Opera House, overseeing a team responsible for delivering capital works projects and managing the building's commercial operations. Zigrid (Ziggy) also served as a Commercial Manager at the Sydney Opera House, ensuring compliance and value-for-money in building operations. Prior to their roles at the Opera House, Ziggy worked as an Associate and Senior Consultant at Advisian (formerly Evans & Peck), focusing on project management and consulting. Zigrid (Ziggy) also worked as a Solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons, specializing in construction and projects law.
