Previously, Lucas held the role of Senior Bartender at LPM Restaurant & Bar from November 2021 to October 2024 and has extensive experience in the bartending industry with positions at Virgin Voyages, Pestana Hotel Group, Xian Rio, Hotel Emiliano, Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, and the ibis chain from 2013 to 2021. Lucas holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Estácio and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Faculdade Educamais - UNIMAIS. Educational background also includes secondary education from Escola Estadual Pedro Alvares Cabral.
