Dameion Ridgeway is an experienced retail manager with a diverse background in store management and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Store Manager at Soho House & Co since October 2021, Dameion has previously held positions such as Retail Manager at West Elm, and General Manager and Showroom Manager at OKA. Furthermore, Dameion has experience within Gap Inc. and Banana Republic as a Store Manager and Associate Manager, respectively, and spent eight years at Selfridges as the Floor Manager for Homewear.
