Gianluca Russo

Gianluca Russo is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Soho House & Co since February 2018, with previous roles as Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, and Head Waiter within the same company. Prior to this, Gianluca held the position of Head Waiter at The Ned from August 2017 to February 2018 and served as Floor Supervisor at IT Ibiza from February to July 2017. Gianluca's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Head Waiter at Galvin restaurants from October 2015 to February 2017 and as Head Waiter at Masseria Bagnara Resort & Spa in Italy from April 2013 to October 2015. Currently, Gianluca is pursuing Level 2 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, which commenced in 2019.
