Junio Andrea Torre is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in prestigious culinary roles. Currently serving as Executive Chef and Head Chef at Soho House & Co since December 2019, Junio previously held the position of Executive Chef at AMAN from September 2016 to November 2019, contributing to the opening of several luxury properties, including AMANYANGYUN and Aman Venice, the latter gaining a Michelin Guide listing in 2018. Prior to AMAN, Junio was Head Chef at La Petit Maison and played key roles at Cecconi’s and Shoreditch House. Early career experience includes positions at Zafferano Restaurants Limited and various other culinary roles, complemented by a diploma in Culinary Arts from Ipssar M. G. Apicio.
