Katalina Mayorga is the founder of El Camino Travel, a travel membership tailored for women interested in cultural exploration and unique experiences, operating since July 2014. Mayorga also serves as a committee member for the Cities Without Houses initiative for the Northeast Region as of December 2023. With a background in social innovation and international development, Mayorga has provided consulting services from July 2012 to January 2016, focusing on business development and strategic planning for organizations looking to implement social entrepreneurial practices. Previous roles include Climate Change Senior Program Officer at Partners of the Americas, where coordination with various governmental bodies was key, and International Foundation Associate at NRECA International, facilitating rural electrification projects. The career began as a community organizer with UNITE HERE in 2007. Mayorga holds a degree in International Studies from the University of Washington and a degree in Global Environmental Policy from American University.
