Preeya Patel

Preeya Patel currently serves as the Vice President of People at Sojern since January 2023 and is also a member of Chief, a network aimed at promoting women in leadership. Previously, Preeya held various leadership roles at Confluent from January 2019 to September 2022, including People Leader and Director of Business Partnership & Global Programs, where responsibilities involved scaling the company and defining people strategies. Prior experience includes positions at Quotient Technology Inc. as Director of HRBP & Business Operations, Honeywell Corporate in multiple managerial roles focused on process and operational excellence, and earlier roles at Stryker, General Mills, and Intel Corporation. Preeya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
