Hannah King

Hannah King is currently a Junior Account Coordinator at Sokal. Hannah previously worked as a Public Relations Associate at Benecomms from October 2021 to February 2022, where they updated company calendars with relevant and timely opportunities for client databases in order to help promote climate change awareness and ground-breaking climate technology. Hannah also created compelling and factual press releases and blog posts surrounding climate change, energy work, and women in STEM. Additionally, they maintained a close relationship with climate activist executives to create unique and eye-catching media events and opportunities for clients through the close monitoring and researching of news outlets.

From November 2019 to July 2021, Hannah worked as a Leasing Agent at Brown Heights Properties, where they trained the company through a new Management Course, conducted effective sales efforts via telephone, email, and in-person, created social media posts for Mountain Mystic Tanning company, qualified potential tenants based on rigorous background and credit reviews, and expertly processed all new leasing contracts and renewal paperwork for multiple properties.

Lastly, Hannah worked as a Print Shop Specialist at Roanoke College from January 2019 to August 2019.

Hannah King has a bachelor's degree in public relations from Appalachian State University.
