Dana Keovongsa has a long and varied work experience. Dana began their career in 2014 as a Sales & Customer Care Consultant at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, where they handled escalated cases and customers with professionalism, communicated with team leads and senior consultants to delegate tasks for daily workload, monitored team queues to ensure cases were closed within a 48-hour time-frame, and led a team of 12 agency temps during peak season. In 2017, they moved to NSTO as a Senior Client Service Associate. In 2018, they became a Customer Service Manager at Zimmermann. In 2020, they took on the role of Pharmacy Experience Manager at Capsule and eCommerce Customer Service Manager at alice + olivia. Finally, in 2021, they became a Clinical Operations Shift Manager at K Health and a Senior Manager, Customer Experience at Aurate New York. In 2022, they will become an Associate Director, Customer Experience at Soko Glam.

Dana Keovongsa attended Ramapo College of New Jersey, where they studied Marketing. They then attended Rutgers University, where they studied Economics.
