The International Tax Manager provides direction and management for the Sol-Millennium Medical Holding and its sbusidiaries in a manner that ensures accurate and timely tax compliance and reporting. This role specializes in navigating the complex tax landscape of multinational operations. This role is responsible for managing cross-border tax planning and compliance, understanding international tax treaties, and advising on the tax implications of global business transactions.
Direct Taxation
- Develop and maintain tax plans, compliance procedures and risk assessment frameworks, to ensure effective tax management.
- Monitor tax operations ensuring their timely completion and compliance
- Manage and oversee the filing of regular tax returns & reports.
Transfer Pricing
- Manage global documentation, ensure timely filing of TP reports and disclosures, monitor regulatory deadlines
- Review financial statements for TP analysis, oversee TP policy governance and execution
- Conduct in-depth technical research, understand business data, develop TP policies
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on TP projects, support M&A and restructuring activities
Indirect Taxation
- Lead and manage the Company’s day to day indirect tax compliance, audits, and tax-related enquiries, working closely with regional accounting teams and external providers
- Improve the overall indirect taxation compliance framework.
Reporting
- Maintain company's tax balances on general ledger
- Handle Tax Accounting (including Provision for tax, deferred tax working etc) under local GAAP
Collaboration
- Collaborating with finance and accounting teams to ensure our tax strategies and policies are implemented accurately per national tax compliances.
- Manage company's tax documentation to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date
- Liaison with Auditors and tax consultants globally
- Foster a culture of tax compliance and awareness throughout the organization, providing training and support as needed.
Risk Management

Identify, track and report any potential financial risks or issues and implement appropriate solutions.

Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations and proactively identify potential risks or opportunities for the organization.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field required or equivalent experience.

Strong leadership and personnel management skills.

CPA or other finance-related certification demonstrating mastery of accounting, e.g. CMA, CA, MBA

At least 10 years’ experience in managing the Taxation matters, including 5 years in International Taxation.
