Eva Frisman

Eva Frisman is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the People & Culture Business Partner for Sol Petroleum, focusing on Spanish Caribbean Markets since August 2022. Prior to this role, Eva held various HR positions at Rockwell Automation, where responsibilities included performance management and employee development as the Human Resources Manager. A significant tenure at 3M spanned over 13 years, during which Eva served in multiple capacities, including People Relation & Inclusion Leader and HR Business Partner, driving social responsibility initiatives in Central America and the Caribbean. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad APEC and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo.
