Alex DeLeon has extensive experience in workflow management, administrative support, and project coordination across various industries. Currently serving as Work Load Manager at Sol Schwartz & Associates, P.C. since October 2013, Alex has developed and implemented procedures for the distribution of tax returns and introduced a new workflow module for real-time project tracking. Previous roles include Bodily Injury Administrative Assistant at Fred Loya Insurance Agency, where support was provided to injury adjusters, and Project Coordinator at South West Signs, managing commercial sign projects and customer service. Alex also worked as Office Manager at Chase & Chase, Certified Public Accountants, where processes were established for the firm, and as Lead Administrative Assistant at EY, delivering internal support and maintaining sensitive information. Alex attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1989 to 1991.
