Jennifer Walter

Jennifer Walter, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate financial management and risk controls. Currently serving as the Corporate Controller at Sol Systems since May 2022, Jennifer also advises at Guidepoint from October 2018. Previously, Jennifer held the position of VP, Global Controller at Prometric from July 2019 to 2022, and as Wholesale Platform Director for Commercial IT at Constellation from June 2014 to July 2018, overseeing a team of over 120 professionals and a $60MM annual IT budget. Earlier roles include key leadership positions in risk management and accounting at Hess Corporation and Statoil Energy, highlighting a strong background in financial controls, PnL reporting, and risk assessment across various sectors. Jennifer began their career as an accountant with First Fidelity Bancorporation and holds a BS in Accounting from Seton Hall University.
