Son Phan Cong

Son Phan Cong has a strong background in operations management and environmental treatment. Son worked as an Operations Manager at Solana Labs from January 2018 and was responsible for constructing an environmental treatment system and managing a team of 10 staff and 100 operators. Son also took care of old customers and developed new ones. Prior to that, Son worked as an EHS Leader at Samsung Electronics Vietnam Thainguyen Limited Company from February 2014 to November 2015, where they audited, monitored, and implemented Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment practices. Son also provided clerical support and prepared minutes for HSSE committee meetings. Son also held the position of EHS Leader at Samsung Electrocnics Vietnam BacNinh limited Company from June 2013 to February 2014. Starting from November 2022, they will assume the role of Account Manager at Aptos Creations. Overall, Son has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in managing safety, environmental, and operational aspects of various organizations.

Son Phan Cong has a diverse education history with a focus on business administration, management, and environmental engineering. In 2008, they started their academic journey at Hanoi University of Science and Technology and earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering in 2013. During this time, they also participated in a training program at the Institute of Energy, where they obtained a certification in ISO 14001.

Following their undergraduate studies, in 2013, Son attended Samsung Vietnam, where they received training in the PDCA model and 6-sigma model for environmental/environmental health engineering. In 2014, they extended their knowledge by obtaining certifications in ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 from BSI - England.

Expanding their expertise beyond environmental engineering, Son Phan Cong pursued further education in business-related fields. In 2016, they completed a course on "How to Build a Strong Brand" at Nguyen Huu Long, CEO of Masan Group. That same year, they also studied "Business Model" at Lam Minh Chanh, CEO of Posoto, and "Management Tool for Company" at Ngo Xuan Thuy, Vice President of NAMAN Group.

Moving into 2017, Son participated in the CSIP-FINAL OF VIETNAM 2017, where they focused on pitching and cultivating a love for the environment. In 2018, they attended Hop Hoang, where they co-founded Sharefarm and delved into the field of recycling waste and promoting environmental consciousness.

To round out their education, Son Phan Cong pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Foreign Trade University, attending between 2018 and 2020.
