Mindi Rummel, SPHR, SMS has a work experience spanning over two decades. Mindi is currently working as the Human Resources Director at SolarGaines since September 2022. In 2016, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2018, they obtained the Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) and Occupational Hygiene and Safety Technician (OHST) certifications from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Additionally, they obtained the Safety Management Specialist (SMS) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals in the same year. Mindi's most recent certification is the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification, which they obtained in July 2021 from the HRCI.
