About The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team at Solar Landscape. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our business systems and processes. The ideal candidate will oversee the configuration and enhancement of our Business Applications Platform, ensure robust integration with other systems, produce detailed and actionable Business Intelligence reports, and automate critical business processes. This position is crucial for leveraging technology to boost business efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance the Business Applications Platform to meet organizational objectives.
• Design and implement efficient business processes within the platform.
• Develop and maintain system integrations to ensure seamless data flow and enhance functionality.
• Create insightful and visually compelling reports using Business Intelligence tools to support strategic decisions.
• Automate key workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, solve complex problems, and deliver effective solutions.
• Continuously research and adopt new technologies to keep our systems innovative and effective.
• Clearly articulate complex data findings, and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customization of CRM/ERP systems and designing operational processes.
• Extensive experience with Business Intelligence tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of tackling complex challenges and delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in data engineering and machine learning.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL and database management systems.
• Experience with cloud services, particularly in automation and integration functions.
• Knowledge of data integration tools and ETL processes.
• Professional certifications related to business applications or business intelligence are a plus.
