Mohaimen Shahsavari has extensive work experience in operations management and project management. Mohaimen started their career as an IT Project Manager at the Social Security Organization in 2001 and worked there until 2006. Mohaimen then joined Nokia as a Field Operations Manager from 2006 to 2010. After that, they worked as a Regional Operation Manager at Nokia Siemens Networks Technology Co. Ltd from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they served as an Operation Manager at SolarTec USA. Currently, they hold the position of Director Of Operations at Solar Optimum, Inc from 2018.
Mohaimen Shahsavari holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electronics Engineering from Azad University (IAU). In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. Mohaimen holds a NABCEP License from the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners, which they obtained in February 2020. Mohaimen also has a certification in Tesla Powerwall Battery Installation, obtained in February 2020. Mohaimen has expressed an interest in pursuing a Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA) certification, as well as certifications in Electrical & Computer Hardware Engineering, Operation Management Foundation and Specialization from Nokia, and a Photovoltaic (PV) System Installation Certification from the Regional Occupational Center.
