David Balleza

David Balleza has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as VP and Head of Construction at Solar Philippines since January 2015. In this role, David is responsible for managing the installation and construction of a variety of solar projects, including off-grid and utility-scale systems. Previous positions include Director for Technical/Engineering at Winrock International's AMORE Program, where David oversaw daily operations, and Manager of Renewable Energy at Asia Halcrow, leading projects for independent engineers. David has also held senior management roles in other organizations, demonstrating expertise in project management, operations, and technical program direction. Academic credentials include a Post Graduate Course in Renewable Energy from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
