Eden Wallace is a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing at NRG Energy since November 2015, overseeing digital customer experience across all Direct Energy family brands, leading six teams of over 50 employees to develop long-term strategies for improvement in social marketing, online portals, chat, reputation management, and email operations. Previously, Eden held the position of Customer Service Manager at Dish Network from June 2005 to November 2015, managing specialized teams in Tulsa and Denver and contributing to the growth of the Chat department and work-at-home initiatives. Early career experience includes serving as a Department Manager at Burlington Coat Factory from August 2002 to July 2004, where responsibilities included interviewing candidates and assigning tasks to optimize store operations. Eden is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Arizona Global Campus, expected to graduate in May 2025.
