Susan Johnston

Susan Johnston, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as a Business Manager at NRG Energy, Inc. since January 2010, a leading competitive generator of wholesale electricity in the United States. Previously, Susan provided human resources consulting services from April 2008 to August 2009, working closely with management in medium and small-sized companies. Susan also served as a Human Resources Consultant at Kreido Biofuels, Inc. from November 2007 to June 2008, offering expertise in compliance and employee relations. At Naryx Pharma, Inc., from September 2000 to March 2008, Susan held the position of Manager of Human Resources, contributing to R&D efforts for an antibiotic treatment. Educational qualifications include a Human Resources Management Certificate from UC Santa Barbara and a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI.
