Michaël Keser

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and innovation within the blockchain and decentralized computing sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha provides training and mentorship for innovation projects. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape to make processes more dynamic and reliable. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at Noumena Digital AG, Chief Technology Officer at Bonq, Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, and Technical member of the board at Share&Charge. Micha has also contributed as a Blockchain Advisory Board member at the IIB Council and an advisor at PioneerVentures.io, Sweetbridge, Inc., and SwissBorg. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional qualifications from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and project management certification from PMI.
