Roman Isaac Villarreal Ordonez

Roman Isaac Villarreal Ordonez is currently an Aerospace Intern specializing in Air Mobility Design at Solar Ship Inc., where responsibilities include technical training and research on cargo demand and delivery routes in Zambia and Tanzania. As the Founder of Los Sherbet, a traditional Mexican-style ice cream enterprise, Roman focuses on producing high-quality artisanal ice cream using fresh local ingredients. Roman is also an Engineering student at New York University and has held roles such as Carbon Capture Analyst at Paragon One and Official Scrutineer for the FIA World Rally Championship. Previous experience includes serving as a Customer Service Representative at Papalote Museo del Niño, providing support and educational instruction related to interactive media. Roman is expected to complete studies at New York University Abu Dhabi in May 2025.
