Andrew Kleeman

Andrew Kleeman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and energy solutions. Currently serving as a Growth Consultant at Solar States since May 2023, Andrew has held pivotal roles including CEO at Edon Composites from September 2018 to December 2022, and SVP of Energy Solutions at Ecosave Inc from 2015 to 2018. Previous positions include Director/Acting Executive Director at the Energy Coordinating Agency (ECA) from 2013-2014, and Managing Partner/CEO at Eos Energy Solutions and Mercury Solar Systems from 2007 to 2013. Andrew has also contributed as VP of Asset Management/Partner at AMC Delancey Group, Inc. from 2001 to 2008, and as National Director of Commercial Services at US Inspect in 2000-2001. Having founded and led Kleeman Associates from 1988 to 1999, Andrew holds a BS in Organizational Leadership from Philadelphia University and attended Temple University.
