Khaled Basheer

Khaled Basheer has extensive experience in the solar energy industry. Khaled is currently working as an Engineering Project Manager at Solar Support since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Technical Director at Joule Energy from June 2019. From March 2016 to June 2019, they worked as a Product Manager at Huawei FusionSolar. Before that, Khaled was a Senior Solar Systems Engineer at Hanergy Holding America, Inc from February 2013 to March 2016. Khaled also worked as an Applications Engineer at Solectria Renewables, LLC from June 2011 to January 2013. Khaled started their career as a Solar Design Engineer at DRI Energy from March 2010 to February 2011. Khaled also gained experience as a Project Development Engineer/Design Engineer at REC Solar from July 2008 to March 2010, focusing on the design of commercial and residential solar projects. Khaled began their career as an Engineer at Oorja Protonics from 2006 to 2008.

Khaled Basheer obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute, which they attended from 1996 to 1998. Khaled then pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Information Systems at Bellevue University, graduating from there in 2003. Prior to attending Bellevue University, Khaled attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1999 to 2001, although they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during their time there.
