Jemma has held leadership positions at companies such as solarZero, Emma Lewisham, Wroxton Advisory, ecostore, Unilever, Goodman Fielder, and Kimberly Clark. Jemma has experience in global marketing, sustainability projects, brand development, strategy consulting, and innovation across various industries.

Jemma Whiten attended St Andrews College, Christchurch from 1996 to 1997. Jemma then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with Honours, majoring in Marketing Management at the University of Otago from 1998 to 2001.
