Matan Melamed

Matan Melamed has a robust background in technology and research, currently serving as the VP of New Technologies at SolarEdge Technologies since May 2022. Previously, Matan held significant roles within the Israel Defense Forces, including Head of the Research Branch and Head of the R&D Branch from December 2019 to March 2022 and April 2006 to September 2019, respectively. Matan's experience also encompasses various positions such as Project Manager, R&D Team Leader, Head of R&D Section, and Software Engineer. Matan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Physics from The Hebrew University, completed between 2002 and 2005.
