Vladimir Derevyansky

Field Engineering and SCU for LNG Plants at Solaris MCI

Vladimir Derevyansky has had a diverse range of work experience in various engineering roles. Vladimir began their career at M+W Group, where they worked in project engineering and management, specializing in clean rooms for the pharmaceutical, food, and semiconductor industries. Vladimir then moved on to positions at WorleyParsons and Bantrel as a senior mechanical engineer. In 2008, they joined Toyo Engineering Canada Ltd as a mechanical sub-lead and HVAC subject matter expert (SME). Vladimir then transitioned to Suncor Energy, where they held the role of lead mechanical engineer and HVAC SME, providing equipment design and review for the Central Engineering Team. Following this, they worked at IMV Projects as a senior mechanical engineer before joining Solaris MCI as a field engineer and SCU for LNG plants. Vladimir is currently employed at Wood as an HVAC SME for the Suncor U1 Coker Project.

Vladimir Derevyansky completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Donbas State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture from 1981 to 1986. Vladimir'sfield of study during this time focused on Steam Generation (Heating), Ventilation & Air Conditioning, and Gas Supply. Later, from 1998 to 2000, they pursued a Master of Science in Management, specializing in Project Management at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
