Ysabel Vidal

Ysabel Vidal has over 15 years of work experience in various engineering roles. Ysabel started their career at SIMCO as a Planning Engineer, where they performed technical calculations and analysis for water injection plants and pipelines. Ysabel then worked as a Project Planner Engineer at EHCOPEK, where they developed and monitored schedules for water injection plant rehabilitation projects. Ysabel later joined Den Spie S.A. as a Project Manager Assistant Engineer, managing railway track renovation projects for the Caracas Subway.

In 2008, Ysabel joined Suncor Energy as a Mechanical Reliability Specialist, specializing in piping modifications and equipment repairs. Ysabel also served as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, developing better maintenance plans and schedules for the plant.

Ysabel's experience also includes working as an Application Engineer at Greenlane Biogas Limited, where they developed technical proposals for biogas upgrading plants. Ysabel currently works at Solaris MCI as a Project Engineer, preparing engineering scopes of work for natural gas projects.

Throughout their career, Ysabel has demonstrated expertise in project management, technical calculations, scheduling, and equipment selection. Ysabel is committed to meeting project deliverables while ensuring technical accuracy and adhering to regulations.

Ysabel Vidal has a strong educational background. Ysabel earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) from 1997 to 2003. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the New York Institute of Technology, studying from 2006 to 2008. During the same period, they attended Langara College and completed a Project Management Certificate, focusing on Project Management.

In addition to their formal education, Ysabel also obtained certifications in professional development. In April 2022, they completed The Miracle Morning (Blinkist Summary) certification offered by LinkedIn, along with The Six Morning Habits of High Performers certification also provided by LinkedIn.
