Julliette Pérez Rubio

Julliette Pérez Rubio serves as the Head of Special Projects & ESG at Solaris SE since June 2022, overseeing key projects and the company's ESG strategy, aiming for net zero by 2030 while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to this role, Julliette was responsible for managing Visa's VMS operations in the Andean Region, leading significant consulting projects and strategies that enhanced business performance for various clients. Julliette's earlier experience includes strategy and operations management at Uber and significant roles at Banco Caja Social, where effective campaign leadership substantially increased bank sales. Julliette holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and multiple executive education qualifications, further enhancing expertise in leadership and fintech.
