Currently serving as the Mortgage Operations Manager at Solarity Credit Union since June 2015, Laurie effectively oversees mortgage operations. Previously, Laurie's roles included Vice President and Mortgage Servicing Manager at Bank of the Cascades, where responsibilities included managing traditional mortgage servicing functions and ensuring compliance with regulations. At Bank of America, Laurie's leadership as Vice President and Mortgage Closing Team Leader involved managing daily operations for a team of up to 40 employees, mentoring staff, and enhancing customer service. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Washington and an Associate of Arts degree from Lower Columbia College, along with a strong foundational education from Mark Morris High School.
