Oliver Boese has extensive experience in the after-sales service industry. Oliver started their career at F1 Communication Systems AG, where they served as the Head of Sales and Marketing. Oliver then moved on to Salespower AG as a Senior Consultant for Business Development, focusing on clients in the IT, TK, and UE sectors. Following this, they joined NSE Services as a Sales Engineer and Branch Manager for the DACH region. In 2007, they became the International Service Manager at UMC/Sharp, responsible for the entire after-sales service department across Europe. Oliver later joined MediaMarktSaturn as the Head of After Sales Support and then transitioned to Loewe Technology as the Head of After Sales Service. Currently, they hold the position of Head of After Sales International at SOLARMAX, overseeing various aspects of customer service and support.
Oliver Boese has a diverse education history. Oliver began their educational journey at Bosch Koller und Schwemmer, where they obtained a degree in Systemtechnik (Mechanik, Hydraulik, Elektronik). Following this, Oliver attended Robert-Bosch-Berufskolleg and earned a state-certified degree in Elektrotechnik und Elektronik. Oliver then furthered their education at IHK Nürnberg, where they gained a degree as a staatlich geprüfter Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor) with a focus on Handelfachwirt. Additionally, Oliver has obtained certifications from Scrum.org as a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) and Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I), both in 2023.
