Radhika Kaundinnya

Radhika Kaundinnya has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Radhika is currently the Head HRBP | People Excellence at SolarSquare Energy, where they aim to make the company India's leading rooftop solar brand. Radhika is also a Member of the HR Community at The Talent Deck, a volunteer-led community for HR professionals.

Prior to joining SolarSquare Energy and The Talent Deck, Radhika worked as a Senior HRBP at OkCredit and as the Lead of Patron & People Operations at Klub, a fintech company providing growth financing. Radhika also held the role of People Operations Manager at Belong.co and was an Associate at Executive Access.

Radhika began their career as a Consultant at TGC Consulting, where they conducted in-depth research for senior executive positions across various industries. Radhika also gained HR experience through internships at Accenture and ITC Hotels.

Radhika Kaundinnya completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in BBM from M.S Ramaiah College of Arts, Science & Commerce, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Radhika also has additional certifications in various fields such as Employer Branding and Understanding Personality Types at Work from institutions like hirist.com and Udemy, respectively. In 2023, they achieved certifications such as The People Success Masterclass from Plum and Top 100 Talent Titans in India 2023 from Sutra Services Pvt. Ltd.
