Tim Widner

Tim Widner serves as the Vice President of Glass and Transparent Plastics at Lippert Components since July 2018, providing technical services and support across various glass and vinyl window operations. Additionally, Tim holds an advisory position on the board of SolarWindow Technologies Inc. and operates as a self-employed management and private equity consultant specializing in the glass and window industry. Prior experience includes directing operations at Cleer Vision Tempered Glass, where a greenfield start-up was established and later sold to Thor Industries, as well as serving as VP of Manufacturing Operations at Republic Windows & Doors. Tim began a career in the glass industry at Arch Aluminum and Glass Co., quickly rising to plant manager by the age of 20. Educational credentials include a degree in Business with a focus on International Business from Indiana University Indianapolis and further studies at DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
