Jennifer Jiau

Jennifer Jiau has extensive experience in product and packaging development, with roles in the beauty, luxury, and consumer packaged goods (CPG) space. Jennifer began their career in 2006 as a Coordinator of Marketing & Product Development for Curlisto Systems. Jennifer then moved to Kiehl's Since 1851, where they held the role of Global Marketing & Product Development from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, Jennifer took on the role of Manager of Global Product Development at Laura Geller Beauty, LLC. Jennifer then moved to Avon in 2012 as an Associate Brand Manager of Global Product Innovation. In 2014, Jennifer became Manager of Global Product Development at Moroccanoil. From 2015 to 2018, Jennifer held two roles at Rita Hazan Products: Senior Director of Product Development & Marketing and Director of Product & Packaging Development. In 2018, Jennifer became a Founding Partner of Ready To Launch, a product and brand development consultancy, and Head of Product & Packaging Development at Kopari Beauty. Jennifer currently holds the role of Head of Product & Packaging Development at SolaWave.

Jennifer Jiau has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & International Business from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. Jennifer also holds a Doctor of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science. Jennifer has taken courses at ArborVitae School of Traditional Herbalism. In 2016, they obtained a Certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and in 2017, they obtained a Certified Aromatherapist from The School for Aromatic Studies and a Certified Aromatherapist, Level 1 from The New York Institute of Aromatherapy. Jennifer also obtained a Botanical Perfumery from The New York Institute of Aromatherapy in 2015. In 2017, they began studying Front-End Web Development at General Assembly.
