Shivani Dasani

Shivani is a Director at Solebury Capital, where she is responsible for advising clients on the execution of IPOs, Follow-ons and Block trades. She brings over a decade of Equity Capital Markets expertise including structuring, originating, executing and marketing public equity offerings. While Shivani is sector agnostic she has extensive experience working with companies in Technology, Consumer and Retail, Healthcare and Industrials. Shivani started her career at Goldman Sachs and has subsequently held various positions within Capital Markets at JPM, Wells Fargo and BofA Merrill. Prior to joining Solebury in 2021, Shivani founded Soaz Capital, a firm focused on Equity Capital Markets / IR advisory. In her previous roles, she helped facilitate monetization events for portfolio companies backed by the leading Private Equity and Venture Capital firms. Shivani has helped raise over $80bn in capital across 150 active bookrun transactions. Her background allows her to provide clients with expert transaction execution and deep market knowledge. Shivani received a B.A. with honors in Economics from Davidson College and is a member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon Honor Society and Phi Beta Delta Honors Society. She resides in New York City.
