Mustafa Bostancıoğlu

Mustafa Bostancıoğlu is an experienced trade marketing and e-commerce sales professional with a strong background in brand building and strategic management. Currently serving as the Head of Trade Marketing and E-Commerce Sales Manager at Şölen since October 2020, Mustafa has previously held the position of Founder at Vixson, overseeing the establishment of two brands and managing e-commerce operations across five international marketplaces. Prior experience includes a role as Cosmetics & E-commerce Sales Manager at Yöntem Kozmetik A.Ş., where strategic plan implementation and team leadership were key responsibilities. Mustafa also gained extensive experience at Procter & Gamble, where roles included Distributor Account Executive and Trade Marketing Manager, achieving significant sales improvements and implementing successful marketing strategies.
