Melanie Wiltshire

Melanie Wiltshire has extensive experience in HR and people management roles. Melanie is currently the HR Lead for Solenis in Australia and New Zealand, a position they have held since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the People and Culture Manager for Hermitage Homes from August 2017 to June 2019. Melanie also served as an HR Business Partner at City Holdings (Aust.) Pty. Ltd. from February 2012 to August 2017. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Advisor at the Southern Migrant & Refugee Centre from April 2010 to February 2012. Melanie's earlier experience includes roles such as Human Resources Officer at Armstrong World Industries from August 2009 to April 2010 and Human Resources Advisor at Worley Parsons Resources And Engineering Private Limited from October 2006 to August 2009.

Melanie Wiltshire has a Bachelor of Business and Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from Monash University.
