William then moved on to Wilmington Blue Rocks, where they worked as a Marketing and Operations Intern, gaining experience in game day marketing and operations for the minor league baseball team. William further expanded their marketing skills at CSC as a Regional Sales Account Manager, responsible for generating revenue through prospecting and opening new client accounts.

In the retail industry, William worked as a Retail Sales Associate at Sports Authority, specializing in footwear but also developing expertise in all sporting goods products. William also briefly worked at Fairfax Discount Liqours as an Inventory Specialist, demonstrating extensive knowledge of the beverage industry.

William's experience in the water treatment industry includes roles at Solenis, where they started as an Account Management Specialist, handling order processing and customer requests.
