Kaj Larsen

Kaj Larsen serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Solex LLC since November 2020. Previously, Kaj acted as a Business Consultant for both 97th Floor and VIIVA and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Engage Global, achieving significant revenue growth during tenure. Kaj also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Stevens-Henager College, instructing MBA and MIS students. With a rich background in business consulting, Kaj has provided strategic solutions to various small businesses across multiple industries. Early career experience includes senior management roles at Xango and Unicity International, focusing on operational efficiency and market expansion, along with product operations management at NuSkin Enterprises. Kaj holds a Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University, an MBA from the University of Utah, and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Brigham Young University.
