André Ferreira

André Ferreira is the current Controller and Head of FP&A at Solfácil. André has over 4 years of experience in strategic planning, financial management, and implementing processes across various organizations. Prior to joining Solfácil, André held the position of Manager of Strategic Planning at SOMOS Educação from July 2019 to January 2021. In this role, they were responsible for quantitative and qualitative analysis of the business unit's performance, such as commercial performance, contract tracking, NPS, and quantifying customer experience. André also managed the financial performance (cash, budget and P&L forecast).

From March 2018 to July 2019, André served as Controller for Livro Fácil, a subsidiary of SOMOS Educação. In this role, they were responsible for implementing processes with an organization-wide impact, managing accounts payable/receivable/treasury/tax/accounting/FP&A, conducting managerial/performance analysis, overseeing budgeting, and supporting the implementation and structuring of e-commerce and fulfillment processes.

André began their career at SOMOS Educação in February 2017 as Manager of Financial Planning. In this role, they were responsible for developing the organization's financial planning process and forecasting cash flow and profitability. André also worked on establishing key performance indicators and creating financial models to support decision-making.

André Ferreira has a MBA in Finance from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, a degree in Accounting and Finance from Universidade Ibirapuera, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidade Ibirapuera.
