Ulf Jakob F. Aarsnes

Ulf Jakob F. Aarsnes has a diverse work experience in research and development. Currently, they serve as the Head of Research and Development at Solgt.no since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Researcher at NORCE Norwegian Research Centre from January 2018. Additionally, they held fellow positions as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow at MINES ParisTech from March 2019 to March 2020, and at the University of California San Diego from February 2018 to February 2019. Ulf also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at IRIS AS from January 2016 to December 2017. Ulf Jakob F. obtained their PhD from NTNU, where they worked as a PhD student from August 2012 to December 2015. Furthermore, Ulf gained research experience as a Visiting Researcher at The University of Texas at Austin in 2014 and at MINES ParisTech - Ecole des mines de Paris in 2013.

Ulf Jakob F. Aarsnes completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering Cybernetics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 2007 and 2012. Additionally, they participated in a Graduate Exchange Program in Electrical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley from 2010 to 2011.
