Andrew Boulton

Andrew Boulton is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in acquisitions, asset management, and capital markets. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Solid Rock Group since January 2021, Andrew leads the company's expansion into various asset classes, including industrial and multifamily properties, while overseeing numerous critical responsibilities such as due diligence and investor reporting. Prior to this role, Andrew held significant positions at WeWork as Director of Real Estate for the Western US, Cardinal Industrial Real Estate as Principal, and in various leadership roles at Innovative Real Estate Companies and MHE Enterprises, managing teams and driving business development in the student housing and multifamily sectors. Andrew began the career in investment sales with Marcus & Millichap and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies with an emphasis in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
