Stephen Schafer

Stephen Schafer has a diverse work experience starting in 1995 as a Staff Accountant at Quaker State Corporation. Stephen then joined FelCor Lodging Trust in 1997 and held various roles including Vice President of Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, and Capital Markets. Stephen also served as the Senior Vice President in Strategic Planning, Capital Markets, Finance, and M&A. In 2017, they joined Solid Rock Group as the Principal and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing investment, development, advisory, and asset management services. Stephen was later promoted to Partner and manager of the Dallas-based companies in 2019. Throughout their career, Stephen Schafer has demonstrated strong financial expertise and leadership skills.

Stephen Schafer completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Economics from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management, ranging from 1990 to 1995. Stephen further pursued their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on MBA from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, spanning from 1998 to 2001.
