Role Overview:
At Solidatus we believe our people are the key to enabling our success. Our People team therefore play a crucial role in supporting our people and ensuring they are set up for success in their day-to-day work and that they are free from unwanted distractions. The HR Manager role is key in ensuring that’s possible. You will be the first port of call for all things people queries and have accountability for ensuring our people operations run seamlessly be that onboarding, payroll, performance cycles or non complex ER cases. You will also have responsibility for delivering initiatives and events that enable cross functional collaboration and engagement, foster inclusion, celebrate diversity and helping our people feel valued and appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain HRIS systems and ensure they are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
Own cyclical HR processes ensuring systems ensuring they launch and run smoothly
Provide training and support to staff on HR systems and tools.
Implement system upgrades and improvements as needed.
Relevant Experience:
5+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on international HR operations
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in the US and India
Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience in a scale-up or fast-growing company is a plus
