Ivan Cimr

Ivan Cimr has extensive work experience at SolidCAM and SolidCAM CZ. At SolidCAM CZ, they were a founding member and served as the Managing Director from December 2005 to May 2022. During this time, they focused on making SolidCAM the leading company in the Czech market by establishing a sales network with authorized resellers in Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. Following this role, Ivan became an Adviser to the Director of SolidCAM CZ, working closely with the current Director to ensure a smooth transition. In 2022, Ivan joined SolidCAM as the Senior Vice President Partners, where they played a crucial role in maintaining relationships with tool and CNC machine manufacturers and supporting SolidCAM's partners worldwide. In 2023, they progressed to their current position as the Senior Vice President Europe, overseeing the organization's operations in Europe.

Ivan Cimr completed their Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Brno University of Technology from 1983 to 1988.
