Delaney Rosenberg

Delaney Rosenberg is a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Solidcore. Prior to their current position, they were a Hiring Specialist at Indeed.com and a Studio Director / Head Trainer at F45 Training.

Delaney has always been passionate about fitness and helping others. Delaney became a personal trainer after college and then transitioned into working at F45 Training, where they were responsible for running and operating the studio. Delaney was also responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team, as well as creating a safe and friendly atmosphere for clientele. In addition to their studio responsibilities, Delaney also handled all social media accounts and instructed high intensity functional group training classes.

Delaney's experience in fitness and their ability to connect with people led their to their current role as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. In this role, they are responsible for handling high volume requests and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and clients throughout the full hiring cycle. Delaney also monitors the hiring process, paying specific attention to the continued flow of candidates through the client pipeline. In addition, Delaney provides market research to support candidate and client geographic profiling information to guide the success of their recruiting goals and initiatives.

Delaney Rosenberg received a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising from Texas State University. Delaney then went on to receive their Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in Senior Fitness Specialist Certification (SFSC), Women's Fitness Specialization (WFS), and Youth Fitness Specialist Certification. Delaney is also a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach.
