Loren Bockweg

Loren is a Director of Client Experience.

She discovered [solidcore] in 2013, and was immediately hooked. The intensity and effectiveness of the workout were unlike anything she'd ever experienced. From that first post-class high five, she knew the [community] of clients and coaches was something special that she had to be a part of. Loren is so grateful to work alongside the many talented, passionate, and dedicated people that make up the [solidcore] team.

When she's not under the blue lights, you can likely find her listening to true crime podcasts, trying a new bread recipe (a 2020-aquired skill), or just enjoying some R+R at home in DC with her family and pup, Luma!
