Dr Paddy Parakala

Dr Paddy Parakala has had a long and successful career in the industry. Dr Paddy began their career in 2001 as an R&D Scientist at Nufern, before moving to James Hardie Building Products in 2003 as a Product Performance Leader. In 2010, they joined GE as a Technical Leader at the John F. Welch Technology Center. In 2014, they returned to James Hardie Building Products as a Principal Scientist and Senior Technical Project Leader. In 2021, they founded Innovantage and became a Management Consultant and Strategic Advisor for both Solidia Technologies\u00ae and Boral. Dr Paddy currently holds the role of Director at Solidia Technologies\u00ae.

Dr Paddy Parakala has a Doctor of Philosophy in Material Engineering from Queensland University of Technology, a Master's Degree in Material Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, a Master's Degree in Science from Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, and a Bachelor of Science from Banaras Hindu University.
